A highly effective and well evaluated reading programme aimed at KS1 also very successful in KS2 and KS3. The programme is delivered by TAs but is monitored and supported by a teacher; therefore, a teacher and TA must attend both days of the course.

This course is designed for pupil premium leads and school leaders with responsibility for leading on this area of provision. We will examine and evaluate effective strategies, with reference to the latest research and best practice. The course will also consider planning provision, monitoring and tracking to create an audit trail, evaluation and reporting. Supported time for planning how to apply the learning in your context will be allocated in the afternoon session.
