Code: OPL/19/136 Preparing for an Ofsted Inspection (EVENT FULL)

This course provides an overview of the latest Ofsted education inspection framework (EIF), which had been reformed for September 2019 (last updated July 2018). The session is suitable for all governors and staff including those at Academies. The aim is to familiarise delegates with the implications of inspection for your school as a whole, and specifically for the governing board as part of the school leadership team. The course examines the main Ofsted Judgment headings and grades, and considers how effective school self-evaluation (supported by robust evidence) is essential.
