As governors are not inspectors, and it is not their role to assess the quality of teaching in their schools, how can governors find out about the quality of teaching and make plans to improve it further?
This course will look at the governors’ strategic role in monitoring the quality of teaching and will look practically at how governors can hold the school to account and lead school improvement in this vital area.
