A follow up to SENCO ESSENTIALS in term 1, but also open to those taking on the role part-way through the year or returning to the role. This session will cover the graduated response, tracking the impact of provision, coaching colleagues, self-evaluation and development planning. There will also be time for questions and troubleshooting around your current issues.
