Is the core of the course, explaining your governing body's strategic role in holding the school to account for how well pupils learn. The course lays out in plain English how a school leadership team (including the governing body) evaluates its school's strengths and weaknesses, and then determines its improvement priorities. Delegates will discover how different sources of information and advice are available to help governors monitor progress
Part 3:
Provides and introduction to your governing body's role in overseeing budget and staffing matters. In addition, this module also provides practical advice on delegating tasks across the team, and running effective meetings
