Course aim
The role of an English leader has been significantly challenging over the pandemic. It is widely acknowledged that middle leaders have, in the main, been restricted in access for supporting and monitoring teachers, due to the nature of Covid-19 restrictions. Whilst this cannot be helped, it is important that English leaders re-establish their vital role as soon as conditions allow.

This course will support English leaders to re-establish both consistency and capacity in their role.
